Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to withdraw from one of our courses prior to the start of the course, we will provide you with a full refund, less a one hundred dollars ($100) administrative fee. (a) A student who withdraws at any time is entitled to a full refund of any fee, regardless of whether the fee is included in tuition, paid for by tangible goods or services not delivered to or fully provided to you, and this applies to each of the paragraphs included in this refund policy;

If you are five class sessions or fewer into the course and are unhappy with it for any reason, or you are expelled for any reason including failure to attend classes, you will receive a refund of seventy-five percent (75%) of all that you have already paid, assuming you are current, or if you have an institutional loan, forgiveness of the loan in excess of the twenty-five percent (25%) you owe Savvy Coders, less the one hundred dollars ($100.00).

If you are between the fifth (5th) class session and the thirteenth (13th) class session, and you are unhappy with it for any reason, or you are expelled for any reason including failure to attend classes, you will receive a refund of twenty-five percent (25%) of all that you have already paid, assuming you are current, or if you have an institutional loan, forgiveness of the loan in excess of the seventy-five percent (75%) you owe Savvy Coders, less the one hundred dollars ($100.00).

If you are after the thirteenth (13th) class session, and you are unhappy with it for any reason, or you are expelled for any reason including failure to attend classes, you MAY be deemed obligated for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition and other fees charged by Savvy Coders, and if you have any institutional loans, you MAY be liable for the full one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition that you owe.

For a student who cannot complete one or more classes because Savvy Coders discontinued such a class during a period of enrollment for which the student was charged, Savvy Coders shall refund the sum of all refundable fees paid and, if the student has institutional loans, Savvy Coders will forgive the amounts owed by the student.

When computing refunds pursuant to the default refund policy, the last day of attendance for a student shall be one of the following:

  1. (a) The date on the expulsion notice if a student is expelled from the program;

  2. (b) The date Savvy Coders receives a written notice of withdrawal from the student from classes;

  3. (c) When no written notice of withdrawal is given, Savvy Coders shall use the last day of attendance as the date of withdrawal; or

  4. (d) The date the student fails to return from an approved leave of absence.

Pursuant to Rule 15(4) of these rules, the reconciled account statement must indicate the period of enrollment for which the student is being charged for each tuition charge. If the Savvy Coders does not maintain the requisite account statement or the reconciled account statement does not clearly indicate the period of enrollment for which the student is being charged, Savvy Coder shall be liable for all refundable fees paid by or on behalf of the student.
