ST. LOUIS, MO — February 12, 2021 — Savvy Coders announces they are launching a new course for business professionals and others who wish to elevate their careers in the fast-growing field of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. Enrollment is now underway for the Data Analytics + Python boot camp with a start date targeted for April 2021. The course will be taught on a virtual basis.

The Data Analytics + Python course is unlike any other course available in the St. Louis area. Taught by highly experienced business professionals and teachers, the focus is not only on learning the Python language but also learning how to apply it for business forecasting and problem solving.

“Nearly all companies have shifted to data-driven decision making. The ability to gather and decipher data is a strong skill set greatly desired by companies nationwide. The job boards are full of companies seeking to add personnel to their data analytics team,” said Elaine Queathem, Founder of Savvy Coders.

The Data Analytics + Python course includes basic Python programming, data analysis with Python libraries, data cleaning, visualization using Tableau, Business Intelligence Solutions, analysis of a business problem, and case studies with a presentation of results as a capstone project. Graduates earn Tableau Desktop Certification.

“This course is the next step up from coding. It will enable students to work with and interpret hard data and acquire additional marketable skills. Graduates can embark on a career that can earn them a seat at the table with data scientists and marketing executives. It can truly be life-changing.”

Eligible students can apply for a full scholarship for the Savvy Coders boot camps through a program made possible by a U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) grant received by the United Auto Workers – Labor Employment and Training Corporation (UAW-LETC) with support from the United Auto Workers Region 5 and the state of Missouri.
